Rehabs: My Current Project
I am in the closing process for this house. It was listed on the MLS for $80,000.00 and I got it for $62,000.00 cash. I will put up to $15K into repairs. The after repaired value is $115,000.00 but I will try to undersell the house at maybe $109,000.00. The house is a joint venture between my self and a private lender.
