Repair Tips
GARAGE DOOR OPENERS: If the garage door opener does not pass the initial inspection, remove it completely. If it is well aged remove it regardless. If the opener does not have safety features, either correct it or remove it.
HVAC Systems: If the A/C is an old system, replace it. Replacement generally costs $1.25-$1.60 per sf. Have A/C system inspected before making payment to A/C tech.
INSPECTIONS: Have property inspected weekly during the repair phase.
